I’m data-driven, customer-obsessed, and deeply invested in people reaching their full potential. Over three decades, I’ve worked across agency and in-house environments, running a studio, leading global teams, and building brand frameworks designed to scale. Along the way, I’ve focused on cultivating cultures grounded in curiosity, inclusion, and high standards.

I believe great work happens in environments built on clarity and trust. Through clear communication, thoughtful expectations, and strong creative direction, I aim to create the conditions where teams can do their best work. I’ve helped shape brands at VMware (now Broadcom), AWS, Singular, and AppDirect, experiences that continue to inform how I approach collaboration, scale, and innovation. Today, I’m a Senior Director at IBM, leading the HashiCorp Brand Studio.
